✅ Active or Retired Military – Individuals who have served or actively serving and hold or are pursuing an ISC2 certification.
✅ Students – High school seniors or college students (undergraduate/graduate) interested in cybersecurity.

Special conditions
The chapter shall not knowingly allow the following as members:
- any person convicted of criminal activity or conduct that is considered contrary to community standards of justice, honesty or good morals in the past four years.
- any person convicted at any time of any crime of violence, fraud, embezzlement, murder, rape or any form of computer related crime.
- any person decertified by ISC2 for ethics violations.
